STAR XL
Cnc bridge saw with 5 interpolated axes, designed and built for the processing of marble, granite, artificial quartz, natural stones and ceramic.
Monobloc structure
The monobloc structure is easy to install and does not require any preparation of the space and floor where it will be placed.
Suction cups manipulator Cut & Move
CUT & MOVE system allows to displace automatically the pieces on the working table. The blade can execute the remaining cuts without hitting close pieces. Designed and patented by Prussiani Engineering in 2003 (Patent EP 1651409).
Innovative devices
STAR XL can be integrated with telescopic spindle for the polishing and with the additional vertical-axis spindle "SIDEMILL" for finger bits.
Parametric Software and CAD/CAM support
STAR XL supports both intuitive parametric engineering software, also suitable for basic users, and CAD / CAM software for more experienced operators.
Semi-automatic use
The control panel is equipped with joysticks that allow the operator to manually manage the simplest processes.
Mobile control panel
Trolley with monitor and keyboard from which the operator manages the machine can be easily moved and brought closer to the working table during the programming phase.
