Champion 55
Cnc bridge saw with 5 interpolated axes, designed and built for the processing of marble, granite, artificial quartz, natural stones and ceramic.
Customized versions
CHAMPION 55 is available with fixed, partial or completely tilting table, table with tilting levers, rotating tables, rotating tables with tilting levers and side loading to better adapt to each Customer's productivity needs and the type of material processed.
Suction cups manipulator Cut & Move
CUT & MOVE system allows to displace automatically the pieces on the working table. The blade can execute the remaining cuts without hitting close pieces. Designed and patented by Prussiani Engineering in 2003 (Patent EP 1651409).
Innovative devices
CHAMPION 55 can be integrated with the telescopic spindle for the polishing and with the additional vertical-axis spindle "SIDEMILL" for finger bits.
Parametric Software and CAD/CAM support
CHAMPION 55 supports both intuitive parametric software suitable for even basic users and CAD/CAM software for more experienced operators.
Semi-automatic use
The control panel is equipped with joysticks that allow the operator to manually manage the simplest processes.
Mobile control panel
Trolley with monitor and keyboard from which the operator manages the machine can be easily moved and brought closer to the working table during the programming phase.
