Cnc bridge saw with 5 interpolated axes, designed and built for the processing of marble, granite, artificial quartz, natural stones and ceramic.
Semi-automatic use
The control panel is equipped with joysticks that allow the operator to manually manage the simplest processes.
Suction cups manipulator Cut & Move
CUT & MOVE system allows to displace automatically the pieces on the working table. The blade can execute the remaining cuts without hitting close pieces. Designed and patented by Prussiani Engineering in 2003 (Patent EP 1651409).
Customized versions
NEW CHAMPION PLUS 700 is available with fixed, partial or completely tilting table, table with tilting levers, side loading, conveyor belt and slabs loader with suction cups to better adapt to the productivity needs of each Customer and to the type of material.
Parametric Software and CAD/CAM support
NEW CHAMPION 5 supports both intuitive parametric engineering software, also suitable for basic users, and CAD / CAM software for more experienced operators.
Mobile control panel
Trolley with monitor and keyboard from which the operator manages the machine can be easily moved and brought closer to the working table during the programming phase.
