HOW IT WORKS
- The size and shape of the slab to be cut is detected by a high-definition camera.
- A sensor measures the thickness of the slab to be cut in order to obtain perfect 45-degree cuts.
- The most suitable disk for the material of the slab to be cut is automatically taken from the tool store.
- The table where the slab to be cut lays is covered with a special Prussiani rubber that guarantees a strong grip so that even small pieces do not move.
- The machine starts cutting.
- The CUT MOVE system, a European patent by Prussiani, moves the pieces in order to prevent the disk from ruining material that is to be used.
- The internal cuts are performed in combination between the disk and the step milling bit.
- The suction cup automatically removes the swarf from the sink hole.
- Thanks to the automatic tool change, external and internal straight edges with upper and lower bevel are polished.
