Prussiani Engineering presents at Marmomac 2022 the new AUTOMATIC TABLES EXCHANGER that will optimize the production of marble workers.

Thanks to the two tables, the system allows to eliminate downtimes for loading and unloading the slabs. The tables are equipped with tilting levers to allow the operator to load the slabs in a very precise, simple and safe way. Patent Pending System.

At Marmomac 2022 the AUTOMATIC TABLES EXCHANGER will be combined with numerical control bridge saw CHAMPION 65 with 5 interpolated axes and Cut & Move system, designed and built for processing marble, granite, artificial quartz, stones and ceramics. CHAMPION 65 will be equipped with an additional vertical spindle SIDEMILL for step cutting tool. 

Prussiani Engineering also presents the Working Centre PLATINO with the TELESCOPIC SUCTION CUPS system: the activation of the suction cups and their connection to the vacuum circuit is completely automatic. The set-up times are significantly reduced and the operator works in total safety, as he no longer has to intervene manually. Patent Pending System.

At Marmomac 2022 visitors will also be able to observe in motion:

TORNADO, the easy-to-install working center ideal for creating bathroom and kitchen tops. Compact in dimensions, but also capable of processing large-size slabs.

CUT&JET MONOBLOC, the combined CNC machine that combines the speed of the diamond disc, the precision and versatility of the waterjet and the efficiency of the CUT&MOVE. Easy transport and low-maintenance, does not require foundations. It can also be equipped with the POLISHING kit, to speed up production times as much as possible.

The Prussiani range also includes milling machines, water jet machines, polishing machines, lathes and innovative devices for loading the slabs.
